Not happening at launch
PS4 and Xbox One

If you’re on last-gen hardware or PC-only today, the launch-window decision is really “buy a current-gen console or wait.” A used or discounted PS5/Series X in fall 2026 is the cheapest guaranteed way to play on day one — waiting for PC likely means dodging a year-plus of story spoilers. Neither answer is wrong; just pick one deliberately.
