Take-Two CEO: No More GTA 6 Delays Expected

After two delays, the finish line looks firm. Take-Two Interactive CEO Strauss Zelnick told Variety in mid-July that no further delays are expected for Grand Theft Auto VI, reaffirming the November 19, 2026 release on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S.

It’s the strongest signal yet that the date will hold. The game was originally expected in fall 2025, moved to May 26, 2026, and then to its current date last November — the full delay history is here.
