GTA 6 Delayed Again: New Release Date Is November 19, 2026

Rockstar Games has delayed Grand Theft Auto VI a second time. The game, previously dated May 26, 2026, will now launch on Thursday, November 19, 2026 on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S.

In its announcement, Rockstar apologized “for adding additional time to what we realize has been a long wait,” saying the extra months “will allow us to finish the game with the level of polish you have come to expect and deserve.”

It’s the second official move of the date: GTA 6 was originally expected in fall 2025 before being set to May 2026 in an announcement earlier that year.
